Every order placed on our platform qualifies for free standard shipping throughout the UAE. There are no extra charges—just a straightforward shipping service to ensure your luxury fashion items arrive without additional costs.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed by 15:00 GST (Gulf Standard Time): Orders confirmed by 15:00 will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day, with delivery expected the following business day (outside of remote areas).
- Orders placed after 15:00 GST: Orders confirmed after 15:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days. However, please note that delivery times may extend up to 5 business days if the delivery address is in a remote area within the UAE. For all other locations, deliveries are typically completed within 1-3 days, barring any unforeseen delays.
Delivery Conditions
For secure and reliable delivery, our service requires a valid UAE address where packages can be safely received. Our deliveries take place between Sunday and Thursday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and a signature will be required upon receipt to confirm secure delivery.
